Finding Your Order ID from Yewge

Provide us with your order ID or Tracking Number and we will reward you with a voucher for your next purchase. But where can you locate it?

In a nutshell, you can retrieve your Order ID or Tracking Number from your email, shopping platform app (e.g. Shopee) and the label attached on your parcel.

Getting the Order ID or Tracking Number from the package label is the easiest. All you need to do is to find that and key it in to retrieve your coupon code.

Shopee - SPX Express

If the SPX Express shipping label is attached on your parcel, regardless whether you have selected Doorstep Delivery, Pick Locker, or Shopee Collection Point, the position of the Order ID and Tracking Number appears in the same position.

How to use the voucher code?

1. Add the items you'd like to purchase at our website

2. Fill up shipping information at checkout.

3. Click on "Enter a promo code" to add your voucher code before making payment

Please note that only one voucher code can be used at any one time.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher code given can only be used once and will no longer be available upon redemption.

2. We will only reward you with one (1) voucher code only for every order made with us. Tracking Number and Order ID on the same package will give you the same coupon code.

3. The voucher code given is not exchangeable for cash.

4. The voucher code given is valid with a minimum spend indicated (if applicable) in a single purchase, excluding shipping fees.

5. No extension will be granted beyond the expiry date.

6. The voucher code will be invalidated if the original Order ID has been cancelled, lost in transit, returned, and/or refunded for any reason.

7. Yewge reserve the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
