If the SPX Express shipping label is attached on your parcel, regardless whether you have selected Doorstep Delivery, Pick Locker, or Shopee Collection Point, the position of the Order ID and Tracking Number appears in the same position.

Singpost Prepaid Label
Enter either the Tracking Number or the Order ID in the text box at yewge.com/vouchers.
Singpost Normal Mail
If you have received a stamped mail without Tracking Number attached, you can use the Order ID indicated on the address label.

How to use the voucher code?
1. Add the items you'd like to purchase at our website Yewge.com.
2. Fill up shipping information at checkout.
3. Click on "Enter a promo code" to add your voucher code before making payment
Please note that only one voucher code can be used at any one time.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. The voucher code given can only be used once and will no longer be available upon redemption.
2. We will only reward you with one (1) voucher code only for every order made with us. Tracking Number and Order ID on the same package will give you the same coupon code.
3. The voucher code given is not exchangeable for cash.
4. The voucher code given is valid with a minimum spend indicated (if applicable) in a single purchase, excluding shipping fees.
5. No extension will be granted beyond the expiry date.
6. The voucher code will be invalidated if the original Order ID has been cancelled, lost in transit, returned, and/or refunded for any reason.
