Better comfort and noise isolate with the double-flanged ear tips. Our ear canal is not straight, the tip needs to follow its shape for comfort, and two flanges can bend better than one.
Please note that this will likely not fit on Wireless Earphones with charging case, unless the double-flanged type is supplied together with your earphone.
