Once you have opened the box, check that you have the X15 Wireless Earphone and the charging cable. Remove all protective sheets attached on the product, including the protective sheet attached on the display. If the protective sheet is not removed, the screen will look as though it is badly scratched (See picture above).
Check whether you have the following items in the box
1 piece X15 Wireless Earphones with charging case
1 piece 0.25m USB Type-C Charging Cable
If any of the above-mentioned items are not in the box, please let us know.

Pairing Bluetooth with your phone
Procedures
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
Remove the earphones from the charging case
Select "Pair new device"
Select "X15" under available devices
Select "Pair" when asked to pair with X15
Device connected
After the first pairing of this device with your phone, you do not need to pair it again in the future.
Subsequent Connection
Turn on your Bluetooth
Remove the earphones
The earphones will automatically connect to your phone
Charging your device
To charge the charging case, simply connect any USB-A to USB-C cable (rated 0.2A and above) to the charging port. We observed that only 0.2A will be used to charge the device, it is fine to connect a fast charging cable. However, do note that the charging duration will not be quicken as the current will not change.
To charge your earphones, simply place them back onto the charging case.
Headphone Touch Functions
You may turn off the earphone without placing them back on the charging case. Place your finger on the touch sensor and hold for 5 seconds, the earphone will be switched off. If this device is not connected to a device for more than 5 minutes, it will shut down automatically.
To switch on the earphone, place your finger on the touch sensor for 3 seconds. On both instances, a "Power on" or "Power off" announcement will be made in the earphone.
